Job summary

Blueroot Health is seeking a DTC Operations Manager to own Shopify storefront operations across fertility, bariatric/metabolic, and practitioner-brand portfolios. You will ensure catalog accuracy, pricing, promotions, and PDP optimization while coordinating with 3PL, CX, and analytics to keep the channel launch-ready and performing.

This hands-on role emphasizes on-site merchandising, SEO, CRO, and end-to-end site operations.

Qualifications

3–5 years in ecommerce/DTC operations.
Hands-on Shopify experience with catalog, merchandising, promotions.
Owns site operations and merchandising execution.
Strong coordination across fulfillment/3PL, supply chain, and CX.
Fluent in spreadsheets and DTC KPIs.
Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO.
Highly organized and able to manage parallel workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Own product setup, catalog accuracy, pricing, and merchandising across all storefronts.
Manage on-site merchandising: collections, navigation, PDP content, promotions.
Execute site updates for launches and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain QA standards for site accuracy and end-to-end purchase path.
Coordinate with marketing, creative, and brand teams to ensure content is launched on schedule.
Support merchandising best practices to improve product discoverability.
Partner with CX and marketing on ratings, reviews, and Q&A.
Analyze competitive landscapes and surface opportunities and risks.
