Job summary

WhiteCap Search represents a growing consumer brand seeking a hands-on e-commerce leader to drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement for its US DTC business. You will own paid media, site merchandising, and retention while guiding two reports and agency partners.

The role requires deep Shopify experience, experience with CRO/retention initiatives, and proficiency in GA4. It is a hybrid Boca Raton-based position (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in e-commerce/DTC with a consumer brand.
• Hands-on Shopify experience required.
• Paid media strategy across multiple channels.
• Proven success owning and growing DTC revenue.
• Experience leading CRO, A/B testing, merchandising, and retention initiatives.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Shopify Analytics; Looker a plus.
• Experience managing employees, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience applying AI to e-commerce workflows.
• Must be based in Boca Raton, FL with hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote).

Responsibilities

• Own DTC revenue performance, tracking sales, conversion, and AOV.
• Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, programmatic, and affiliates.
• Guide Shopify merchandising, promotions, and site content.
• Lead A/B testing and optimize landing/product pages and funnels.
• Partner with retention teams on email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to evaluate CAC, ROAS, attribution.
• Manage two direct reports and coordinate with creative, marketing, analytics, and ops.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools and emerging shopping channels.
