Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist for an established consumer products company.

This hybrid role starts with a structured 90‑day onsite onboarding, followed by a schedule of three days in the office and two days remote, to drive Shopify DTC operations across catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail oriented, and data driven, collaborating with marketing, operations, IT, and customer experience teams to optimize site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with relevant experience.
• 2–4+ years DTC ecommerce operations experience.
• Hands-on Shopify experience including catalog management.
• Strong analytics, merchandising, SEO, site optimization, and order management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage product catalog updates, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory within Shopify.
• Monitor site performance and optimize user experience with development partners.
• Maintain SEO best practices and create engaging onsite content for organic growth.
• Analyze ecommerce metrics and provide insights to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer support, and digital teams on campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure ecommerce operations remain accurate and aligned with growth initiatives.
