Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to own the end-to-end performance of a DTC brand’s online store. You will actively manage product, promotions, content, and conversion metrics across Shopify, while coordinating with paid, email, and creative teams to reflect every campaign and customer journey.

You will drive store performance, optimize pages, and oversee marketplace listings on Amazon and social shop channels, with a hands-on, results-driven approach in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 3+ years running eCommerce for a DTC or online brand.
• Hands-on Shopify storefront management, apps & troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to drive conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4 and Shopify reports.
• Experience managing marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop).
• Excellent organization; able to manage launches and fixes.
• Willing to work during US PT/ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, landing pages and content updates.
• Plan and run the promotional calendar: discounts, bundles, product drops, etc.
• Optimize product pages, on-site search, and checkout to improve conversion rate and average order value.
• Manage the marketplaces the brand sells on (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart), including listings, content, and catalog health.
• Keep the catalog accurate across pricing, images, descriptions, tags, and inventory.
• Track performance in GA4 and platform analytics, identify what is working, and act on it.
• QA the site across devices before launches, and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Partner with paid, email, and creative teams so the site reflects every campaign and customer journey.
