Job summary

TFC Marketing, LLC is seeking a Shopify Growth & E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead growth for multiple DTC brands in a dynamic agency setting. You will own strategy, execution, and client communications, spanning ad angles, offers, and email/SMS flows with a data-driven mindset.

As the growth leader, you will drive revenue levers such as AOV, conversion rate, and LTV, while weekly recaps tie spend to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Personally scaled at least one Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+/month in revenue.
• Direct ownership of strategy and execution (not just managing a team).
• Direct experience working inside an agency setting.
• Deep understanding of full funnel growth: on-site CRO, funnels, bundles, and AOV.
• Experience testing and scaling profitable initiatives based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and execution for each account and act as primary strategic contact.
• Maintain a living growth plan per client with ad angles, offers, and funnel priorities.
• Drive revenue levers: AOV, conversion rate, and LTV through rapid testing and iteration.
• Defend and report the numbers with weekly performance recaps tying spend to outcomes.
• Grow the book by surfacing expansion opportunities across accounts every quarter.
• Protect retention by spotting at-risk signals and securing renewals on schedule.
