• Uses mainframe systems and spreadsheets to set staffing/timing plans.
• Ensures loads are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintains labor‑efficiency targets.
• Trains staff on procedures to maximize productivity and safety.
• Works with HR and management on employee relations.
• Participates in special projects from DTC management.
• Oversees hiring, training and performance-related activities.
