Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates supporting DTC order fulfillment.
• Coordinate and manage daily workflow to ensure timely processing of consumer orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately, packaged to brand standards, and shipped.
