Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and the community. Earn $18 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, and choose shifts that fit your schedule.

Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, and Overnights 11 PM–7 AM. Weekend availability is required. Waking hours pay is $18/hour; sleep shifts are $11/hour. Paid training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with the team to ensure quality support.
