Job summary

Creative Foundations in Ohio is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, plus flexible shifts (7 AM-3 PM, 2 PM-11 PM, overnight). Weekends required.

Afternoon shifts paid at $18/hr; sleep shifts at $11/hr. Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living skills, community participation, progress documentation, and teamwork

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful background check and required training.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
Ability to work safely in clients’ homes and communities.
Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Assist with daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, personal care.
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Document care, activities, and progress and communicate with the team.
