Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Expect $18 per hour during waking hours and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, with the option to work all shifts. Weekend availability is required.

You will provide one-on-one support, help with daily living skills, and promote independence while documenting progress and communicating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure quality support.
