Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, and choose from multiple shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living skills, transportation help, documenting care, and promoting independence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Help with daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help people achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress; communicate with team.
