Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires; afternoon/evening shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM are available.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living activities, community participation, and progress documentation, with paid training and opportunities for career growth. Ahelp at Home company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities — at home and in the community — helping them live as independently as possible.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
