Job summary

Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and the community. You will provide one-on-one support, helping them live independently, with shifts from 2 PM–11 PM and weekend availability.

We offer $18/hour starting pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful background check and required training.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary).
Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Direct Support Professionals provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities—at home and in the community—helping them live as independently as possible.
Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
Encourage participation in social and community activities and events.
Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
