Help at Home is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities, helping them live safely and with dignity. You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized plans, document progress, and encourage participation in community activities.

The role offers $18-$20/hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, paid training, health benefits, PTO, and mileage

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or completion of a state-approved training program.
• Ability to pass required background checks and in-service training.

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, grooming, transportation).
• Follow Individual Support Plans and document progress.
