Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the afternoon/evening shift. Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. Shift available 2 PM–11 PM; weekend availability required.

The role involves one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, at home and in the community. Applicants should have a high school diploma, pass background checks, and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in homes and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).

• Document care, activities, and progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
