Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company is seeking a Field Sales/Market Development Manager to drive growth across the Dallas, Houston, and Austin metro regions. The role is remote with periodic in-person meetings at the Emeryville headquarters, focusing on expanding retailer distribution, managing distributors, and delivering KPI-driven results.

You will lead regional sales initiatives, collaborate with distributors, travel up to 50% of the time, and partner with teams to optimize product availability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of sales/merchandising/direct store delivery or supplier sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skilled at presenting in front of groups.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Region to achieve targets across Grocery, Convenience and other channels.
• Build relationships with distributors, store personnel and customers to grow distribution and displays.
• Train and support distributor partners and field teams to improve brand presence.
• Manage administrative duties, track KPIs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Balance channel activation with training and strategic growth initiatives.
