Mexilinkorporated is seeking a DSD Sales Manager to lead distributor networks, optimize route coverage, and drive sales growth in the Eastern region. The role requires deep experience in DSD systems, strong negotiation, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for effective execution.

You will analyze regional performance, collaborate on promotions, monitor inventory, and travel frequently to distributor locations to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in DSD management with proven sales growth and market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of DSD systems, distributor operations, route logistics, and retail environments.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve distribution, expand product availability and drive sales through distributors.
• Identify and pursue new distributor opportunities to close distribution gaps and expand coverage.
• Optimize DSD distribution operations considering market trends and retail dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor owners, managers, route supervisors and drivers.
• Support distributor agreements and performance expectations to maximize profitability and service levels.
• Collaborate with distributors to develop routes and improve delivery execution at retail.
• Conduct ride-alongs to understand business needs and ensure delivery standards.
• Monitor promotions, pricing programs, and new item placements across the territory.
• Analyze regional sales data and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Provide market intelligence and training to internal teams for planning and regional initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels at distributor warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
