Job summary

Skydio in the United States seeks a products ambassador to support UAS systems and cloud operations for commercial and government customers. You’ll combine field experience with Skydio product knowledge to provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support, keep pilots flying, and feed customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civilian, law enforcement or military UAS operations.
• Experience in operational, technical, or customer-facing field support.
• Willing to occasionally work flexible hours including after-hours & weekend support.
• Assertive self-starter with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in onsite real time technical troubleshooting and triage workflows.
• Willing to travel regionally up to 30-50%.
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as product specialist liaison with customers and respond to advanced technical support questions.
• Be a technical product knowledge resource to training and content teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations to reflect customer needs in the product roadmap.
• Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
• Reduce escalations by developing effective triage and resolution techniques.
• Provide on-site training on maintenance and operation techniques for UAS and docks.
• Participate with internal support leaders and cross-function Eng and Product teams to improve customer experience.
• Troubleshoot UAS C2 and Cloud networking issues using Internet protocols and wireless modems.
