You will troubleshoot private Cloud configurations, REST integrations, and network paths, working remotely with occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring and supporting enterprise Cloud infra and networks.
• Experience with REST integrations and private Cloud config.
• Experience in civilian and/or military settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify flight‑related data flow issues and guide customers to resolution.
• Own private Cloud configuration and operational troubleshooting post‑deployment.
• Assist with triage and root‑cause analysis for Cloud–Cloud integrations.
• Collaborate with training and content teams to improve self‑help.
• Develop triage processes to reduce engineering escalations.
