Job summary

Skydio is seeking a highly motivated Field Support Representative to provide on-site and remote technical and logistics support for federal and enterprise customers. You will own customer relationships in the field and work closely with Program Management, Product and Engineering to streamline feedback.

The role requires 3+ years in UAS field support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Field Support Representative or similar in UAS environments.
• Willing to travel up to 80%+ globally to support federal/defense customers.
• Adept at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and triage workflows.
• OCONUS military experience or security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support to federal and enterprise customers.
• Interface with Field Support Manager, Sales, Support and PM to enable customers and gather feedback.
• Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
• Deliver on-the-job training for maintenance and operation of UAS equipment.
• Represent Skydio on site and coordinate corrective actions for maintenance and replacement issues.
