zTrip is seeking a Recruiter to attract, interview, onboard, and support driver candidates throughout the hiring process. You will engage with job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach to build a strong driver pipeline.

In this role, you will conduct phone screens and interviews, guide candidates through onboarding, and coordinate background checks and training. A fast-paced environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse people.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Follow up with new hires to support onboarding.
• Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
