Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead driver sourcing, screening, and onboarding efforts. You will build recruitment campaigns, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with operations to meet staffing goals.

You will drive outreach to driving schools, workforce agencies, and community groups, ensuring a strong candidate experience and a robust talent pipeline to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, workforce development, HR or related fields.
• Previous experience recruiting drivers, transportation professionals, or high-volume roles preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven recruiting approach.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver sourcing and recruitment campaigns across digital platforms and local markets.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and driving history.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective drivers for current and future needs.
• Coordinate background checks, MVR reviews, and onboarding documentation.
• Develop relationships with workforce agencies, driving schools, and community orgs.
• Forecast staffing needs with operations and track hiring metrics.
