zTrip Worldwide is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruitment efforts and help expand a high-performing driver workforce across our markets. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with operations leadership to meet staffing objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or related fields.
• Proven leadership or recruiting management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to attract and hire qualified candidates in fast-paced environments.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and events.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Oversee onboarding from application to activation, and coordinate checks.
• Monitor recruitment performance and adjust strategies.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and retention.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and partners.
• Maintain recruiting records and ATS data; generate reports.
