The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding, while partnering with operations leadership to meet staffing goals.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, organization, and relationship building, and thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and networking.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and evaluations to build a strong driver pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, licensing assistance, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics for leadership.
