Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to lead driver hiring from initial contact through onboarding. You will design recruitment campaigns, manage candidate pipelines, and align hiring with operations leadership to meet staffing goals.

The role requires strong communication, recruiting expertise, and the ability to build relationships with diverse candidates, contributing to the growth of a nationwide driver network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies focused on attracting qualified driver candidates.
• Create and manage recruitment campaigns across digital platforms and local markets.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
• Coordinate background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and employment verification.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective drivers for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the benefits and opportunities available through a driving career with zTrip.
• Guide driver candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Schedule orientation sessions and training programs.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and support.
