zTrip MKE in Milwaukee, WI seeks a dynamic Recruiter to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring a strong driver base. You will craft strategies, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with operations leadership to support growth and service excellence.

This role focuses on attracting professional drivers, building relationships, and delivering a positive candidate experience from hiring through onboarding, with a Monday–Friday schedule and room for career

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, transportation, driver staffing, HR, operations or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL or non-CDL drivers desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified professional drivers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networks, and partnerships.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong driver pipeline for current and future needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, events, and schools.
• Promote company culture, benefits, earnings, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with operations to plan staffing and recruitment plans.
• Develop relationships with driving schools and workforce agencies.
