zTrip is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruitment efforts and build a high-performing driver network across markets. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with operations to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR.
• Previous leadership or recruiting management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to attract and hire qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Oversee onboarding from application to activation.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, employment verification, and documentation.
• Ensure onboarding requirements are completed efficiently.
• Schedule and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs.
• Assist candidates with licensing requirements and onboarding paperwork.
• Create a seamless candidate experience to support retention.
• Partner with operations to forecast driver hiring needs and staffing goals.
• Monitor recruitment performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide regular updates on workforce planning and metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and onboarding completion rates.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
