zTrip Worldwide is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead driver recruitment efforts and expand a high-performing driver workforce across markets. You will oversee sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention, partnering with operations leadership to meet staffing objectives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, recruiting expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for helping candidates find rewarding opportunities within transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, workforce development, sales, or a related field.
• Previous leadership or recruiting management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to attract and hire qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute driver recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates; Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and events; Conduct screenings, interviews, and evaluations; Build a robust pipeline; Promote opportunities and partnerships; Analyze trends and implement hiring initiatives; Represent zTrip at job fairs and events.
• Candidate Onboarding & Retention: Oversee onboarding from application to activation; Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, and verification; Ensure onboarding completion; Schedule orientation; Assist with licensing and paperwork; Create a positive candidate experience for long-term retention.
• Leadership & Workforce Planning: Partner with operations to forecast hiring needs; Monitor performance and adjust strategies; Report workforce metrics to leadership; Lead initiatives to improve onboarding and retention; Develop relationships to expand recruiting.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain recruiting records and databases; Track KPIs; Utilize ATS and recruiting tech; Prepare reports for leadership; Ensure activities are organized and compliant.
