Responsibilities

• Driver Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned drivers and build strong relationships.
• Driver Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to improve driver satisfaction and retention; conduct regular check-ins with drivers.
• Operations & Performance Support: Monitor driver performance and assist with scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day driver support needs.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain driver records, track performance trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
