You will build strong relationships with candidates and drivers, collaborate with operations leadership, and create a positive driver experience that supports workforce growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, especially for driver staffing or transportation roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Develop recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
