zTrip is seeking an energetic Recruiter to help grow our driver team. You will attract, interview, onboard, and support driver candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience.

You will build relationships, coordinate with operations, and drive steady hiring through events, referrals, and outreach while maintaining accurate records and a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Follow up with new hires to support a successful onboarding experience.
• Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
