zTrip is seeking a People Success Recruiter - Taxi in Pensacola to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. You will serve as a career partner and advocate for drivers, helping them launch successful careers while fostering a supportive driver experience from day one.

This role focuses on building strong relationships, coaching talent, and creating a positive workplace culture that drives driver satisfaction and long-term success for our growing transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, workforce development, employee relations, customer service, sales, operations, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting individuals in achieving professional goals.
• Ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong proficiency with technology, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop recruiting campaigns to build a strong pipeline of driver talent.
• Promote zTrip as an employer of choice within transportation.
• Attend job fairs and community events to connect with prospective drivers.
• Conduct applicant screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Manage the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout recruitment.
