Job summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our driver recruiting strategy and oversee a high-performing recruitment team across locations. You will partner with Driver Operations, HR, and terminal leadership to attract, hire, and retain qualified CDL drivers while supporting recruiting efforts throughout the organization.

As a recruiting leader, you will focus on developing people, improving processes, and using data to drive hiring results, with travel to company locations and recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience leading high-volume recruiting operations.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience leading CDL driver recruiting teams (preferred).
• Knowledge of Workday, Tenstreet, Smartsheet, or similar recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team.
• Build recruiting strategies to attract qualified CDL drivers and other key talent.
• Partner with Driver Operations and hiring leaders to meet staffing goals.
• Oversee candidate engagement, onboarding, and recruiting operations.
• Monitor recruiting performance, compliance, and hiring metrics.
• Manage recruiting advertising, sourcing strategies, and the employee referral program.
• Analyze recruiting data and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Information Systems to improve recruiting technology and reporting.
• Stay current on DOT regulations, recruiting trends, and industry best practices.
• Travel to company locations and recruiting events as needed.
