Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics or 2–3 years fleet management experience preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proven management ability; computer terminal and satellite communications system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to address home time, payroll, equipment issues, and more.
• Partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and vendors.
• Work with the Dedicated Logistics Manager to fill and maintain a full board of drivers.
• Attend scheduled shifts and ensure timely attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
