Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma with two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country.
• Driver's License valid upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, coach, and mentor drivers and helpers at the location.
• Lead frontline employees to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Document and maintain records for regulatory agencies such as DOT.
• Review route documents and times, and address safety issues with service alternatives.
