Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in people management overseeing a staff of 23-25 employees.
• Experience in managing union employees and DOT regulated drivers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, developing, coaching, and mentoring drivers and helpers.
• Ensuring new employees have tools and support for successful daily duties.
• Conducting root-cause investigations for injuries and incidents.
