Job summary

guernseysonic is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead drive-in operations, train staff, and ensure top quality guest service. You will manage shifts, handle guest and employee issues, and maintain cost controls while upholding company standards.

The role requires prior restaurant or retail management experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are expected. This position reports to the General Manager.
