Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift and perform opening/closing duties.
• Handle guest and employee issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor cost controls including food, labor, and inventory during shift.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety laws.
