Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience or 1 year retail management experience preferred.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach drive-in staff during shifts.
• Lead drive-in operations to ensure a great guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling for shifts.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest and employee issues professionally during shifts.
• Monitor costs and inventory to support cost-control and quality.
