Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner in a high-volume drive-in. You will lead all daily operations, coach a team, manage staffing and training, forecast needs, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining costs and compliance.

The role requires at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), strong leadership, and thorough knowledge of employment laws. A high school diploma is required with advanced studies preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate assistants and staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Oversee all drive-in operations to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Forecast and adjust labor, food, and inventory for cost control and quality.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
