Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience running shifts without supervision
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Willingness to adhere to appearance and hygiene standards

Responsabilités

• Manage, train, and coach Crew/Team members and Carhops
• Direct daily drive-in operations to meet standards
• Prepare staff schedules and manage staffing levels
• Monitor inventory and place orders within budget
• Complete employment records and payroll documentation
• Develop action plans to improve sales and financial trends
• Interview and hire restaurant staff as needed
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly
