Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train and coach staff.
• Direct and supervise drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Forecast and manage labor, food, and inventory to control costs.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives and business performance.
