Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead our drive-in operations and staff. You will recruit, train, and supervise employees, manage daily operations, and ensure an excellent guest experience while controlling costs.

The role requires at least three years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of labor and safety regulations. Expect long hours, operating evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and time-management abilities.

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule and discipline staff.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties and daily reports.
• Develop and execute local marketing and business performance plans.
