Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Basic math, accounting, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Manage labor and inventory costs to maximize cost-control and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise all drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Oversee opening and closing duties and shift coverage.
• Handle guest concerns and employee concerns.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment.
• Supervise vendor performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Attend and enforce all company policies, procedures, and laws.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned; maintain sanitation standards.
• Time/shift: minimum 50 hours per week; irregular hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
