Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff, recruiting, and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise assistants and staff.
• Oversee compensation, scheduling, and labor cost controls according to guidelines.
• Manage daily drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, inventory to maximize efficiency and costs.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and vendor relationships.
