Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Pineville, LA is seeking a General Manager to lead our drive-in's operations and staff, delivering an outstanding guest experience every day.

You will recruit, train, and supervise team members; manage schedules; control costs; and ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.

This is a hands-on, high-hours role requiring nights, weekends, and holidays, rewarding leadership and the ability to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage staff compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Supervise operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage opening and closing duties and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor action plans regarding local marketing and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
