Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Marrero, LA seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, train crew and carhops, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to ensure all aspects of service meet standards.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Maintains inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Interviews and hires restaurant staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develops and implements action plans to address unfavorable financial and/or sales trends.
• Develops and executes a marketing plan.
