Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• Experience: at least three years in restaurant management (QSR preferred); experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor, health and safety laws; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and lead the drive-in staff and managers.
• Manage compensation, scheduling, and performance in line with company guidelines.
• Oversee all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Plan, forecast, and control food, labor, and inventory costs.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and operational reports.
• Develop and implement local marketing and business performance actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement.
