Qualifications

• Experience: at least three years managing a restaurant (QSR preferred).
• Experience leading shifts without supervision and hiring personnel.
• Knowledge of wage, hour, health, and safety laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills; leadership and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Oversee compensation, control costs, and maximize guest experience.
• Lead operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient service.
• Manage opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Develop action plans for local marketing and business performance.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
