Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead a drive-in restaurant team, ensuring clean, safe, efficient service and an excellent guest experience. You will train staff, manage scheduling, monitor inventory, and drive performance with action plans and marketing initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Experience training and supporting drive-in restaurant staff
• Knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations
• Ability to develop staffing schedules and action plans
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach Crew/Team, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Direct daily operations to meet service standards
• Prepare staff schedules and adjust staffing as needed
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders
• Maintain payroll and employment records
• Develop and implement marketing plans and action plans for sales
